Refund and Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your Youth Beauty Radiance purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered for a refund.

IMPORTANT: You must include your order number, your full name and address as it appears on your order, and the reason for your return. You must also indicate whether you are requesting a refund.
Items must be returned in their original container. If the product has been used over 50%, a refund will not be issued
Overview
Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we cannot offer a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be it must be in its original packaging. If the product has been lightly used that is fine, but not if the product has been used beyond 50%.
We require proof of purchase in order to process any return.
Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us for return
instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods may not be eligible for return, including:
Gift cards
Downloadable products
Items marked as final sale
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our return requirements.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable amount of time, usually within 5 business days. Refunds will cover the original purchase price paid at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
First check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. Processing times can vary.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Final Sale items are not eligible for refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to request an exchange, contact us at info@myybr.com with your order details.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will not be reimbursed.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher value items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Additional Notes
Youth Beauty Radiance sells and ships products within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping or returns at this time.
